James Eugene Adams, Petitioner vs. Patricia Lea France Adams, Respondent; Case No. 16-D-248
The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony. It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Patricia Lea France Adams are unknown, it is hereby ordered that she serve upon James Eugene Adams, P.O. Box 290, Shenandoah Junction, WV 25442, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 2, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
