This case is scheduled for hearing before the Honorable Warren R. McGraw, Judge of the Circuit Court, Wyoming County, Wyoming County Courthouse, Pineville, West Virginia, on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the case may be heard.
