16, 2017 to Bobbi Sue Ruth
It appearing to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, that a Petition has been filed requesting that the Circuit Court of Raleigh, West Virginia, sever the relationship heretofore existing between the natural grandfather of Tyson Maurice Ruth who was born September 16, 2017 to Bobby Sue Ruth and permit Linda Carol Smith to adopt said child and sever the relationship heretofore existing between the natural father of Tyson Maurice Ruth and permit Linda Carol Smith to adopt said child; further appearing that the whereabouts of the natural grandfather has not been established and the identity of the natural father has not been established; it is ORDERED that the natural grandfather and anyone claiming to be the natural father shall appear in the Office of the Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on or before the 5th day of February, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. and object or make other defense to the Petition, if they so desire, otherwise the paternal rights of said natural grandfather and natural father of said Tyson Maurice Ruth shall be terminated.
