It appearing to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, that a Petition has been filed requesting that the Circuit Court of Raleigh, West Virginia, sever the relationship heretofore existing between the natural grandfather of Rhubein Issaih Wallace, Auddrah Lé-Ann Wallace, Charles Elija Wallace and Rileyn Lillie Darlene Wallace and permit Kelly Wayne Wallace and Mary Grace Wallace to adopt Rhubein Issaih Wallace, Auddrah Lé-Ann Wallace, Charles Elija Wallace and Rielyn Lillie Darlene Wallace ; further appearing that the whereabouts of the natural grandfather has not been established; it is ORDERED that the natural grandfather shall appear in the Office of the Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on or before the 1st day of February, 2021, at 2:30 P.M. and object or make other defense to the Petition, if he so desires, otherwise the paternal rights of said natural grandfather of Rhubein Issaih Wallace, Auddrah Lé-Ann Wallace, Charles Elija Wallace and Rielyn Lillie Darlene Wallace shall be terminated.
