The object of this suit is to obtain contempt against respondent for non-payment of child support. It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that Kevin Marcus Kerns, Sr.’s whereabouts are unknown. It is hereby ordered that Kevin Marcus Kerns, Sr. serve upon S. Andrew Arnold, Petitioner’s attorney, at the address of: S. Andrew Arnold, Esq., 208 N. George St., Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 28, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A hearing is scheduled for May 4, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
