The object of this suit is to obtain a modification of parenting plan against Respondent, Michael Baxter.
It appearing that the whereabouts of Michael Baxter are unknown. It is hereby ordered that he serve upon the Jefferson County Circuit Clerk’s Office, 119 North George Street, Charles Town, WV 25414 an answer including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Respondent filed in this action on or before September 6, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A hearing is scheduled for the 22nd day of January, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. before the Honorable Christine Glover of the Jefferson County Family Court.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
