It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Heather Nicole Comer and Gregory Howard James addresses are unknown, it is hereby ordered that Heather Nicole Comer and Gregory Howard James serve upon Samuel Kasley, Esq., whose address is 115B South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before March 12, 2016. If you fail to do so, at any time thereafter judgment by default, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you that will terminate your parental rights.
