The object of the above entitled action is to secure judgment against Trais Woodard in the amount of nine hundred fifty dollards dollars ($950), plus costs incurred in the prosecution of this case and for such other and further relief as the court may deem appropriate.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant without effect.
It is ordered that Trais Woodard do serve upon Charles Humphrey, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 15, 2018, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Trais Woodard at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
