The object of the above entitled action is to secure judgment against defendant Bernard Hendrick in the amount of one thousand five hundred ninety dollars ($1,590), plus costs incurred in the prosecution of this case and for such other and further relief as the court may deem appropriate.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant.
It is ordered that Bernard Hendrick do serve upon Tomi Peck, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 24, 2018, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Bernard Hendrick at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
