The object of the above entitled action is to secure judgment against defendant Jordan Peterson in the amount of nine hundred fifty dollars ($950.00). Plus late fees, costs incurred in the prosecution of this case and for such other and further relief as this court may deed appropriate.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant.
It is ordered that Jordan Peterson do serve upon Charles Humphrey, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before October 19, 2018, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Jordan Peterson at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
