The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a judgment for a debt.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Joseph Arthur Gendron and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore, it is ordered that Joseph Arthur Gendron do serve upon Tomi Peck, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before October 26, 2018 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Joseph Arthur Gendron at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
