The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 111 East Cherokee Street, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above-named respondent(s) is/are wrongfully occupying such property as tenant(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Kimberly Givens and Robert Spradlin.
It is ordered that Kimberly Givens and Robert Spradlin do serve upon Tomi Peck, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before July 17, 2018 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Kimberly Givens and Robert Spradlin at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
