The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 279 Airport Road, Apt #5, Beaver, WV 25813, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above named respondent is wrongfully occupying such property as tenant.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Andrew Sedlock and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore, it is ordered that Andrew Sedlock do serve upon Magistrate Tomi S. Peck, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before July 12, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. before Magistrate Humphrey, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Andrew Sedlock at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
