it is ordered that Haley Billips do serve upon Charles Poe, magistrate, whose address is 120 Scott Street, Suite 103, Princeton, WV 24740, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before June 5, 2019 @ 9:00 am, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Haley Billips at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
