The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment for a debt.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Heather Shell and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore, it is ordered that Heather Shell do serve upon Richard D. Jones, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before November 25, 2019 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Heather Shell at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
