The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a judgement for a debt. Appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that due diligence for good service has been completed. The whereabouts of Donald Falk and all efforts to serve notice of the debt owed and to collect payment have been unsuccessful. Therefore, it is ordered that Donald Falk do serve upon Richard Pannell, magistrate, whose address is 100 Church Street, Suite 3 Fayetteville, WV 25840, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before July 3, 2020, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against Donald Falk dba Falk Excavation at any time thereafter.
