The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a judgment for a debt.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Christin Hope Miles and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore, it is ordered that Christin Hope Miles serve upon Charles R. Humphrey, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 13, 2018 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Christin Hope Miles at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
