The object of this hearing is the Adoption Petition of Anthony John Miller and Bobbi Jo Miller for the Adoption of Tobias Lee Ames, and the name of Tobias Lee Ames to be changed to Toby Lee Miller, an infant under the age of eighteen (18) years. This notice is to inform Kerri Dawn Setzer, the mother of said child, and Jonathan Lee Ames, the father of said child, and any other possible father’s of the child, that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in said proceeding and to inform you that you may appear and defend any such rights. Additionally, should you fail to respond, you may not receive further notice of the adoption. Said hearing is scheduled for Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. in the chambers of the Honorable Andrew G. Dimlich, Circuit Court Judge of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in the Raleigh County Courthouse, located at 215 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.

ORDER RESCHEDULING
HEARING
On the 21st day of June, 2019 came the Petitioners, Anthony John Miller and Bobbi Jo Miller, by Counsel, Matthew A. Bradford, Esq., before this court for a previously scheduled hearing on their Petition for Adoption of Tobias Lee Ames, an infant under the age of eighteen (18) years, and Change of Name to Toby Lee Miller.
WHEREUPON, prior to the hearing, Counsel for the Petitioners requested a continuance of the matter so as to republish the Order of Publication to afford the Respondent parents notice in this matter. The previous order of publication included the date for the hearing but did not include the time in which the hearing was to commence.
WHEREFORE, based upon such, the court is of the opinion that sufficient causes exists to reschedule the hearing in this matter.
ACCORDINGLY, the court deeming it proper to do so, it is hereby ORDERED that the hearing in which was previously scheduled for June 21, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. be resent and that this matter comes before this Court for a hearing on Petitioners’ Petition for the Adoption on THURSDAY, AUGUST 8, 2019 AT 1:30 P.M. before the Honorable Andrew G. Dimlich, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in his chambers located at Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Beckley, WV 25801.
The Clerk of the Court is hereby DIRECTED to mail an attested copy of this Order to the following, the mailing of which shall constitute notice upon all parties:
