THE OBJECT OF THIS ACTION IS TO PETITION THE COURT FOR THE NAME CHANGE OF LILY FAY GRACE PLUMLEY to LILY FAY GRACE SALVATORE.
Please take notice that Lily Fay Grace Plumley has petitioned the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia for change of name to Lily Fay Grace Salvatore. Anyone interested in or having objections to the same, shall appear at the date and time of hearing set forth below to make said objection.
