The object of the above entitled action is release of a Deed of Trust is dated August 3, 1994, of record in Trust Deed Book 482, at page 620.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Danny Stephen Pittman and Gleada Fae Prater are the Plaintiffs and verify that they have read and know the contents of the subject Complaint; it is ordered that Bob Lively, Linda Manning-Lively, Morgan Lively, Leslie Ann Lively Minor, Monica Lively-Moss, Chris Bolen, Justin Lively and Alex Lively, their successors or assigns do serve upon Paul O. Clay, Jr., Attorney at Law, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P. O. Box 746, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the 15th day of April, 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
