You are hereby notified that Ravin Sexton is seeking to adopt the minor child, namely BFS. (dob: 3-28-12). You may raise any objections to said adoption within 30 days of first publication of this Notice, by filing a Response with the Circuit Clerk of Mercer County and by serving a Response upon Melissa Kahle, Esq., Legal Aid of West Virginia, 1519 N. Walker Street Princeton, WV 24704. If you fail to respond within 30 days time, you may not appear in or receive further notice of these proceedings.
You are further notified that a final hearing will be held on August 31, 2020, at 2:00 p.m., at the Mercer County Courthouse, 1501 W. Main Street, Princeton, West Virginia 24740, before the Honorable William Sadler, Judge.
