NOTICE OF APPLICATION OF CHANGE OF NAME
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of
August, 2026 at the hour of 11 a.m., or as soon
thereafter as this matter may be heard, Kimberly
Dawn Didawick will apply by Petition to the Circuit
Court of Grant County, WV, at the Courthouse thereof
in the City of Petersburg for the entry of an Order
by said Court changing the name from Kimberly
Dawn Didawick to Kimberly Dawn Smith. Hearing may
be rescheduled without further notice. Any person
who has objections to the change of said name for
any reason may appear at the time and place set
forth above and shall be heard in opposition to such
change.
