It appearing by Affidavit of Unkonwn Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondents, RONALD LEE WEAVER AND RONNIE RAY MATNEY, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondents, RONALD LEE WEAVER AND RONNIE RAY MATNEY, serve upon KENNETH E. CHITTUM, ESQ., whose address is PO BOX 650, BLUEFIELD, WEST VIRGINIA 24701, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before August 6, 2020.
Take further Notice that a hearing on this Petition is scheduled for 1:00 PM on August 6, 2020 before the Honorable Lisa Clark, at which time and place you may appear and make any objection known or to otherwise protect your interest.
If you faid to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trail, may be taken agsinst you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
