PENNINGTON, PETITIONER, whose address is 1482 RED OAK RIDGE ROAD, BLUEFIELD, WEST VIRGINIA 24701, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 11, 2018.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trail, may be taken against your for the relief demanded in the Petition.
