PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the Petition for Allocation of Custodial Responsibility Request for Name Change and Establishment of Paternity duly filed in the Family Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, by the Petitioner who is seeking a Court Order regarding the custodial allocation of the parties’ child shall be held before the Honorable Louise E. Goldston, Family Court Judge, Family Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in her chambers located at 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, on November 7, 2018, at 2:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard.
