The object of this suit is to obtain GUARDIANSHIP
TO THE RESPONDENT: NARRIE E. LONG
It appearing by Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondent, NARRIE E. LONG, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent, NARRIE E. LONG, serve upon JULIE BALL, CIRCUIT CLERK, whose address is 1501 MAIN STREET, SUITE 111, PRINCETON, WEST VIRGINIA 24740, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 12, 2019.
Take further NOTICE that a hearing on this Petition is scheduled for 10:10 AM on SEPTEMBER 12, 2019 before the Honorable Judge Anthony Bisaha, at which time and place you may appear and make any objection known or to otherwise protect you interest.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
