Please take further notice that a hearing on this Petition is scheduled for OCTOBER 30, 2019 AT 9:45 A.M. Family Court, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia before the FAMILY COURT JUDGE LOUISE E. GODSTON, at which time and place you may appear and make any objection known or otherwise contest the name change.
