It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Arthur Gilbert is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Arthur Gilbert serve upon Alicia L. Eagle, Petitioner, whose address is 912 Court St., N., Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action within one month after the first Publication date thereof. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
