To the above named respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Brian Jeffery Dilley has an unknown address, it is hereby ordered that Brian Jeffery Dilley serve upon Jeffry A. Pritt, petitioner’s attorney, whose address is PO Box 708, Union, West Virginia 24983, a response, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the petition for divorce filed in this action within thirty (30) days of the initial date of publication of this notice. If he fails to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against him for the relief demanded in the petition. Brian Jeffery Dilley is hereby further notified that a temporary hearing has been scheduled to be held before the Greenbrier County Family Court, at 106 South Court Street, Lewisburg, West Virginia, on July 30, 2015, at 3:30 PM.
A copy of said petition and accompanying motion for temporary relief can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
