It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Crystal E. Kirk is a non-resident of the state of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Crystal E. Kirk serve upon Chadwick J. Kirk, petitioner, whose address is HC 68, Box 120 E Frankford, West Virginia, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition for divorce filed in this action within one month of the first publication date thereof. If you fail to answer the petition for divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned clerk’s office.
