It appearing by Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondent, CHELSEY MARQUES, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent, CHELSEY MARQUES, serve upon PATRICIA BEAVERS, ESQ., Petitioner’s Attorney, whose address is PO BOX 490, BLUEFIELD, WEST VIRGINIA 24701, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before March 4, 2020.
Please take further NOTICE that a hearing on this Petition is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on March 6, 2020 before the Honorable Anthony Bisaha, at which time and place you may appear and make any objection known or to otherwise protect your interest.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
