ALLEGATION OF ABANDONMENT BY KYLE COOPER, FATHER OF SAID TR.C. AND TY.C., INFANTS.
TO THE ABOVE-NAMED KYLE COOPER, FATHER OF SAID TR.C. AND TY.C., INFANTS.
It is hereby ordered that Kyle Cooper, father of said Tr.C. and Ty.C., infants, appear at the hearing set in this matter on the 15th day of November, 2021, at 9:15 a.m. o’clock or as may be continued from time to time; as the matter may be heard in the courtroom of the Circuit Court of Ritchie County, West Virginia, at Harrisville, West Virginia. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you wherein your paternal rights to said Tr.C. and Ty.C.., infants, may be terminated or otherwise affected.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, KYLE COOPER has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, KEITH WHITE, ATTORNEY AT
