The object of the above entitled action is to appoint a guardian/conservator for Rhodaetta M. Lambert.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Mike Kelly, address unknown, it is therefore,
ORDERED that Mike Kelly, address unknown, do appear and file with Tony Paynter, Circuit Clerk of Wyoming County, WV, whose address is P.O. Box 190, Pineville, WV 24874 any objection to the petition filed in this action on or before May 15, 2026, otherwise appointment of guardian/conservator will take place at any time thereafter. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at that office in the city of Pineville in said county and state.
