The object of the above-entitled action is a cloud on title on real estate more particularly described in deed dated September 19, 2017, in which Dennis R. Toney conveyed certain real estate to Daniel A. Gonzales and Alanna Clemens, which deed is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia in Deed Book 5066, at page 1663; and it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Daniel Gonzales is the Plaintiff and verifies that he has read and knows the contents of the subject Complaint; it is ordered that UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DEWEY M. TONEY, SR., FAYE IRA WILLIAMS TONEY, ELSWORTH TONEY, DEWEY TONEY, Jr., MARY MIZE, IRA TONEY, JIM TONEY, ALNORA BRAGG, WILLARD J. TONEY, THOMAS TONEY, IRA D. ROBERTS, SCARLET ELSWICK, RANDOLPH TONEY, and DENNIS R. TONEY, do serve upon Paul O. Clay, Jr., Attorney at Law, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P. O. Box 746, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the May 20, 2026, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
