The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 161 Brampton Court, MacArthur, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above named respondent(s) is/are wrongfully occupying such property as tenant(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Theresa Richmond and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore
It is ordered that Theresa Richmond do serve upon Paul Blume, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a hearing will be held June 22, 2026 @ 2:00 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Theresa Richmond at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
