The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 224 Allen Avenue, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above named respondent(s) is/are wrongfully occupying such property as tenant(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Katrina Easter and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore
It is ordered that Katrina Easter do serve upon Tomi Peck, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a hearing will be held July 16, 2026 @ 2:00 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Katrina Easter at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
