The object of the above entitled action is to obtain possession of residential rental property, located at 221 Temple Street Apt. 2, Hinton, WV 25951.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located.
It is ordered that Sonya Terry do serve upon Jack Hellems, magistrate, whose address is 123 Temple Street Hinton, WV 25951, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 11/07/2025, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Sonya Terry at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
