The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 10 Cherrywood Terrace, Beaver, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above named respondent(s) is/are wrongfully occupying such property as tenant(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Dajsha Hill and Any & All other occupants and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore
It is ordered that Dajsha Hill and Any & All Other Occupants do serve upon Timothy Deems, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a hearing will be held November 13, 2025 @ 2:00 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Dajsha Hill and Any & All Other Occupants at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
