The object of the above entitled action is to reform the maturity date of the Note to correct a scrivener’s error relating to the Deed of Trust recorded in Book 853, at page 699 in the Office of the Clerk of Marion County, West Virginia on May 31,2006.
And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Respondent, Valerie A. Huffman, is unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondent serve upon Petitioner’s attorney W. Scott Campbell and D. Geoff Varney, of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P C., whose mailing address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before February 7, 2015, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondent at any time thereafter A copy of the Petition in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office
