The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment against the defendant as a result of an accident that occurred on or about November 3, 2012.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of Ryanne Surface without effect it is ordered that Ryanne Surface do serve upon John R. Angotti, Esq., 274 Spruce St., Morgantown, WV 26505, plaintiff’s attorney, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 30, 2015, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against defendant, Ryanne Surface, at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
