NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSAL TO ADOPT INTERNATIONAL
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE
ORDINANCE NO. 2021-1705.04-01
The City Council of Parsons, West Virginia is considering an ordinance adopting the International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 Edition, promulgated by the International Code Council. A public hearing thereon will be held at the regular meeting of the City Council at 6:00 P.M. (EDT) on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, in the Council Chambers, located on the first floor of the Charles W. “Bill” Rosenau Municipal Building, 341 Second Street, Parsons, West Virginia. Copies of the code are available for use and examination by the public in the City
Administrator’s Office, located on the first floor of the Charles W. “Bill” Rosenau Municipal Building, between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. (EDT), Monday through Friday, except holidays. All interested persons are invited to attend and express themselves on this subject. The proposed ordinance may be materially amended at said meeting.
If adopted, said ordinance shall immediately become effective from the time of its passage.
