NOTICE OF AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC MEETING AND COMMENT ON THE
PROPOSED PARTIAL ABANDONMENT OF COUNTY ROUTE 8/1 (0.576 MILE)
LOCATED IN GREENBRIER COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
The West Virginia Division of Highways hereby provides notice of the proposed partial abandonment of County Route 8/1, beginning at a point on CR 8/1, said point being 1.54 miles east of the junction of CR 8 and CR 8/1; thence easterly 0.576 mile and ending at a point 0.25 mile north of the junction of CR 8/1, CR 9/7, and CR 60/7, as located in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The total proposed abandonment length is 0.576 mile.
West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, District 9 requested the abandonment on behalf of an adjacent property owner. Information related to the proposed abandonment may be found at http://go.wv.gov/roadabandonments.
