DELINQUENT TAXES

Pursuant to the Order for Sale of Real Property for Delinquent Taxes entered by the Tazewell County Circuit Court on September 5, 2018, the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale, pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, on September 21, 2018 at 9:00 AM, on the steps of the Tazewell County Courthouse, located at 135 Court Street, Tazewell, Virginia 24651, the following described property for payment of delinquent taxes:

That certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in Tazewell County, Virginia, titled in the name of George Ronald Perez, and being lot 45 in Boissevain Subdivision 2 located at 545 Boissevain Road, Boissevain, near Pocahontas, as described in the Tazewell County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 661, Page 582, being Tax Map Number 012A-02-0045.

TERMS OF SALE: CASH – ten percent (10%) bidder’s deposit will be required with balance due thirty (30) days from the date of sale.
TERMS OF SALE: MINIMUM BID REQUIRED – a minimum starting bid of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) will be required for purchase.

The property shall be conveyed by Special Warranty of Title free and clear of all liens except 2018 real estate taxes, which shall be prorated. The sale is subject to confirmation by the Tazewell County Circuit Court.
