This application will assign ONYX ENERY,LLC, PO Box 5650, 150 Courthouse Road, Suite 302, Princeton, WV 24740 as an operator on the permit(s) named above.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and should be sent to the DEP at the address above. Comments received by May 17, 2019, or thirty (30) days from date of publication, will be considered.
A copy of the notification will be available until May 17, 2019, or thirty (30) days from date of publication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above AND in the Mercer County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
