Please take notice that Shawna Ann Jaquis of 950 Northwestern Pike, Capon Bridge, West Virginia 26711, will on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at 11:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as Counsel can be heard, apply to the Family Court of Hampshire County, West Virginia, at the Hampshire County Judicial Center, 50 High Street, Romney, West Virginia, for a change of name from Shawna Ann Jaquis to Shawna Ann Wyatt.
Any person or persons who feel that they are likely to be injured by the change of name of Shawna Ann Jaquis to Shawna Ann Wyatt, or who know of any reason why her name should not be so changed, may appear at the time and place named in this notice, and each may be heard in opposition to such requested change.
The hearing in this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
