The object of the above entitled action is a Petition To Quiet Title By Adverse Possession And/Or Petition For Partition Of Real Estate By Sale of the real estate owned by Sandra Lindsey McKinney, Estate of Steven Lindsey and Teresa Neff Lindsey, their heirs known and unknown. Plaintiff, by verified Petition, state that they do not know whereabouts of the Defendants, their heirs, successors or assigns.
It is ORDERED that Defendants, their heirs, successors or assigns, appear and serve upon Laura Richmond Moye, counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 112 Main Street Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before November 1, 2025; otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office in Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
