You are hereby notified that the following will on the 14TH day of July, 2020, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., appear before the Honorable County Commission of Mercer County, WV, on the second floor of the Mercer County Courthouse, Princeton, WV, for a hearing on their “Petition for Abandonment of a Roadway. ” This Petition can be viewed in total at the Mercer County Clerk of the County Commission, and deals with the abandonment of a unnamed, and unopened alley, as it runs between the properties of the Petitioners. Your presence at said Hearing will
