NOTICE OF HEARING
On February 3, 2015, Black Diamond Power Company filed an application with the Public Service Commission to increase its electric rates by approximately 16.87{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} – as revised by its April 3, 2015 filing. The Utility serves customers in Clay, Kanawha, Raleigh and Wyoming Counties.
The matter has been set for hearing on July 28-29, 2015, beginning at 9:30 a.m., in the Howard M. Cunningham Hearing Room at the Public Service Commission, 201 Brooks Street, Charleston, West Virginia, for the purpose of taking evidence in the proceeding and receiving public comment.
Interested persons may attend the hearing and make public comment. Individuals may also send written public comment to the Executive Secretary, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, WV 25323 on or before the date of the hearing. The public may also file comments electronically and review the Black Diamond proposals online at http://www.psc.state.wv.us/. The rates approved by the Commission may be more than, less than or the same as those requested by the Utility.
