Case No. 19-0564-E-T is the Companies’ filing to collect the 17.5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} portion of the Mitchell costs needed to reflect, in rates, 100{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} of the costs associated with WCPo’s Mitchell interest.
Public notice regarding the rate impact and right to protest and intervene was provided in a Notice of Filing published after August 30, 2019.
The Commission will conduct a hearing in this matter to begin 9:30 a.m., on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, in the Howard M. Cunningham Hearing Room, Public Service Commission, 201 Brooks Street, Charleston, West Virginia.
