NOTICE OF FILING
On November 12, 2020, VIP Limousine Service Ltd. filed an application to the Transfer of M.C. Certificate No. 7128 to Yellow Transportation, Inc. with the West Virginia Public Service Commission. VIP Limousine Service Ltd. states that all of its assets were previously transferred to Yellow Transportation, Inc.
On December 17, 2020, Commission Staff filed an Initial and Final Joint Staff Memorandum recommending the application be approved, if there are no protests, after proper publication.
Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
